BLAST Studio esports broadcast set
BLAST Studio esports broadcast set in its light state

studio design & build

Together with TBD, we designed and built a broadcast-ready esports studio for BLAST. The project brings spatial design, technical planning, lighting and brand expression into one flexible production environment.

Every surface was developed around the camera. Modular LED systems, controlled reflections and clear sightlines allow the set to shift from one tournament identity to another.

From early concept sketches to on-site supervision, the process connected architecture, broadcast technology and live-event experience.

from concept to broadcast

The studio was conceived as a living media system rather than a fixed interior. Scenic modules, screens and lighting can be reconfigured quickly, giving each show its own visual rhythm while keeping production workflows consistent.

approach

We worked across set design, lighting, graphics and technical integration, aligning every decision with how the space appears on camera and how the crew moves through it.

A modular construction logic made it possible to change the visual language without rebuilding the core environment. The central sculpture, LED surfaces and illuminated floor act as a shared system rather than isolated objects.

For BetBoom, the same studio transforms from a bright Counter-Strike broadcast into an atmospheric Dota environment while preserving the identity of the space.

second iteration

The same room was rebuilt for a second visual identity. We retained the production logic while reworking the set architecture, lighting and graphic system around a darker, more atmospheric broadcast world.

result

One room, rebuilt twice. From concept and visualization to construction and live production, each iteration was shaped around the people, cameras and identities it needed to support.
